					<description>It's an endless cycle. Poor people often have horrible social habits and tend to have kids and the cycle continues. This is the main problem with living in poor hoods. Not that people are poor, just that a lot of poor people are crappy neighbors. I always avoid apartments with kids or evidence of kids because most families who have their shit together will eventually get a home of their own. Those that do not live in apartments as a general rule. Glad you got out. Nothing is worse than hating where you sleep at night.</description>
