In Austin
I’m in Austin. Yay! Now I can play around and do all the stuff (translation: eat all the stuff) I’ve wanted to for the last four months. Danny got a lot of queso and burritos during his short trip and he is now safely back in CA. It is 60 there. It is 80 here. Hmm…I’m pretty sure it was colder here last year.
Here’s a quick recap of what I’ve done so far:
ate at taco cabana
stayed with Mike and Alba on Friday
ate at Chuys
drove to JC
visited Dad
went to the Xmas eve party
ate lots of tamales
had christmas morning with mom
drove to dallas
did Xmas night with Dad in Dallas
saw the grandparents
drove back to JC on Monday
hung out with Dad
stayed with mom
met dad for lunch on Tuesday
packed up and drove to Austin
Now, I get to be lazy and just think of fun stuff to do with my brother and mom while they’re off work. Right now, it’s laundry time.
